Our story

Three decades of bagel making.

Bagel Cove has been serving the Aventura community since 1988. What started as a small neighborhood deli has grown into a Miami institution, but we still hand roll, kettle boil, and bake every bagel from scratch. Our nova is hand sliced to order. Our pastrami is steamed in house. And our regulars still know our names.
