Bagel Cove opened its doors on Biscayne Boulevard in 1988. Aventura looked very different then. Fewer high rises, more empty lots, and a small but loyal community of transplants from New York and New Jersey who missed a proper bagel and a proper deli sandwich.
Three and a half decades later, we're still here at 19003 Biscayne Blvd, still hand rolling bagels every morning, still slicing Nova to order. Generations of families have grown up on our sandwiches. That's not marketing. That's just the truth.
